These Terms govern the use of 108.supply and the purchase of digital products (“Products”). Product use is also governed by the Licenses page. If there is a conflict, the Licenses page controls how Products may be used.

Products are digital files/templates delivered digitally (for example via email, download, or remix link). No physical goods are shipped.

Payments and checkoutPayments, checkout, receipts/invoices and taxes are handled by Polar as the Merchant of Record. All purchases are subject to Polar’s applicable terms and policies available at https://polar.sh/legal.

After successful payment, you will receive access to the Product (typically by email). If delivery fails, contact hi@108.supply and we will help you get access.

All Products offered on 108.supply are digital products delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital Products and immediate access granted after purchase, all sales are final and refunds are not provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the Product is delivered digitally and that access is granted immediately after payment.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

You may not misuse the website or Products, including attempting to bypass security, redistribute Products, or use the site for unlawful activity.

All Products and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the Product, not ownership.

Products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee they will fit every workflow or tool setup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website or products. The latest version will be posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
